A 3-hour drawing workshop for ages 16+
in collaboration with “A Happy Mess” by Norshek
In this workshop, we will explore different ways in which we can approach drawing as a meditative practice. Rather than focusing on the outcome, we will look at how drawing can be used as a tool to guide us towards a state of calm and flow. We will learn simple techniques that help us train our mind to observe what’s in front of us with greater clarity. Finally, when you’re ready, we will be inviting your imagination to play its part too. The result is always unpredictable. You might be pleasantly surprised to leave with a finished drawing or simply gain a variety of new techniques that you can continue to explore and play with in your own time.
