Free Your Spine For Neck and Back Comfort

A 2-hour Feldenkrais workshop with Noha Kotby

The Feldenkrais Method® of somatic education allows us to become aware of our bodies and the way we move in everyday life. During the lesson, which often takes place lying on the floor, or sometimes sitting, the teacher talks you through a sequence of movements while guiding your attention to your inner sensations. This heightened sense of awareness helps bring about more freedom and flexibility in our movements, while eliminating bad habits of movement/posture.

Regularly practicing the Feldenkrais Method helps evacuate stress, reduce fatigue as well as provide relief from muscular tension and pain. It helps increase flexibility, comfort and agility in everyday movements.

Practitioner: Noha Kotby

Noha has been teaching the Feldenkrais® Method in France since 2011. Her passion for it started when she discovered it as a student in 1992. Having studied psychology and practised dance as well as capoeira as a hobby, she was immediately seduced by this mind body technique.

The benefits brought by regularly practicing the Feldenkrais method convinced her to follow the professional training program in Paris in order to become a practitioner herself.
